Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the WatchBoost application (the "Service") operated by us. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Use of Service

The WatchBoost application is provided "as is" for the purpose of helping YouTube creators analyze and optimize their content. The watch time booster feature is intended to be used in compliance with YouTube's Terms of Service. Any use of this feature that violates YouTube's policies is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any actions taken against your YouTube channel.

2. AI-Generated Content

The AI tools provide suggestions and analysis based on the data you provide. This content is for informational purposes only and we make no guarantees about its accuracy or effectiveness. You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish based on these suggestions.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WatchBoost, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

4. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

1. Information We Collect

WatchBoost utilizes Firebase Authentication for user accounts. We collect the email address you provide during sign-up. We do not collect passwords directly; they are handled securely by Firebase.
All other data, such as your saved reports and video lists, is stored in your browser's local storage. We do not transmit this data to our servers.

2. Data Usage

Your email address is used solely for the purpose of identifying your account. The data you input into the AI tools (such as video links, topics, and descriptions) is sent to a third-party AI provider (Google's Gemini) to generate a response. This data is used solely for the purpose of providing the service and is subject to the AI provider's privacy policies. We do not store your prompts or the AI-generated responses.

3. Local Storage

All your data, including the list of videos in the player and your saved reports, is stored in your browser's local storage. This means your data remains on your computer and is not accessible by us. Clearing your browser's cache or storage will permanently delete this data.
